Program Pelancaran Duta Sahsiah: Membentuk Karakter Karamah Insaniah di Sekolah Kebangsaan Tambun Tulang Tahun 2023
In the year 2023, the Malaysian Government, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education Malaysia (KPM) and the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM), launched the Duta Sahsiah Program to nurture insaniah character at the National School of Tambun Tulang. This initiative aims to address issues related to student discipline and misconduct by involving the PDRM through School Liaison Officers (Pegawai Perhubungan Sekolah or PPS) placed in every school.
Strengthening Cooperation Among PDRM, KPM, and Schools through PPS
This program focuses on enhancing cooperation among the PDRM, KPM, and schools, with PPS playing a pivotal role. School Liaison Officers serve as the bridge between the school and law enforcement authorities. They assist in coordinating efforts to prevent student misconduct and keep them away from criminal activities and behaviors that contravene the law.
Preventing Misconduct and Building Insaniah Character
One of the primary goals of this program is to prevent students from engaging in immoral behavior and unlawful activities. By involving PPS and law enforcement authorities, schools can concentrate on cultivating positive character traits among students. This includes values such as integrity, respect, honesty, and social awareness.

The Duta Sahsiah Program is a shining example of collaboration between the education sector and law enforcement authorities in addressing discipline-related issues in schools.
